You know that I could easily write a 10+ page dissertation on this topic. It is not a matter of what we put in the food; it is a matter of what food you eat. Try adding some fiber and roughage to your diet it should help with your GI problems. Fried food could be a problem. Try some fresh vegetables, grains, and try the flax seed bread it is amazing.
