A MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR:

Welcome to Massachusetts Maritime Food Services. Chartwells Higher Education a division of COMPASS North America is responsible for the food service program. We are proud of our living and constantly improving program. The needs and wants of our Cadets have grown over the years, and we make all attempts to maintain the pace with them. The size of our population permits us a familiarity to deal with each request on an immediate basis. The selections are from years of Food Committee meetings, Food Trends, and Nutritional requests. Our Cadets are better informed of international food items thanks to their extensive world wide travels. Our Meal Plan is simple: Their uniform is their access. We have no restrictions on the quantity of food they take. Our request is that they eat it all. The majority of our Cadets are active in Club sports and Athletic Programs. Academically, they take 20+ credits per semester making a hungry group at meal times. With our own Master Baker making Hot Fresh Pastries daily to our annual Pig Roast Picnic, we strive to maintain the pace with all of our Cadets.
