Resident District Manager 334-4451 Chartwells Residential Dining Office Kevin is the Resident District Manager at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Working together with our on-site service team, we will provide dining, retail and catering meals for the students, faculty and staff of the campus community. The University will undertake an extensive renovation of the dining center over the next three years with the vision of providing a premier dining service center on campus. Kevin graduated from Cornell University in 2000 with a Masters in Food Service Management. His Bachelors of Science in Food Service Management was earned at SUC Buffalo. He has over forty years of experience in many aspects of food service with the a main emphasis on College and University Dining. Kevin lives with his wife, Lisa, in Summerfield, North Carolina and and enjoys outdoor barbequeing, golf, swimming and gardening. |

This Purdue University graduate is a recent transplant from Kansas where he was the director of operations at Kansas State University. Justin is newly married and enjoys movies, mountain biking, and playing cards. |

Sr. Executive Chef 334-4101 This High Point native has been in the culinary profession since 1971! Chef Gerald got his start in food when he was drafted in Vietnam (the last person in the state of North Carolina to be drafted). The Phillip A. Connelly award winner is a graduate of the Culinary Institute if America has worked in all levels of the field of food, from cooking in guerilla warfare to heading a 3 star Michelin rating restaurant to owning a series of successful restaurants. In his spare time, he & his wife enjoy water sports, building furniture, and spending time with the family. |

Registered Dietietian 256-0383 Amy has over 22 years of experience in the food and nutrition business in various capacities including wellness and consulting with health care facilities with a focus on clinical and food management services to maintain adherence to state and federal regulations. She has also worked with individuals and groups to provide nutrition education on topics such as weight loss, diabetes, and childhood nutrition. Education credentials include a BS in Foods and Nutrition from UNC-Greensboro and a Masters of Education in Foods and Nutrition from UNC-Greensboro. Amy is a Registered Dietitian and is licensed by the state of North Carolina as a dietitian/nutritionist. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the North Carolina Dietetic Association |

Catering Director 577-2240 Kristine Mosley attended the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, California where she began her catering career with Wolfgang Puck Catering. She then moved on to the Hyatt in Irvine, California and worked through a variety of stations before heading up her own sattelite kitchen which serviced the hotel guests and surrounding business park. Upon moving to Greensboro, NC, Kristine transitioned to managing the front of the house where she's enjoyed creating memorable events for the campus community and sharing her passion for all things food! |

Brands Manager Charlie been in the higher education culinary world for nearly 9 years. Working at several schools including UNCW, UNCC and now part of UNCG Dining. As the Director of Retail, he's responsible for ensuring that each customer has the best experience possible while dining with us. Charlie feels that the most rewarding part of his job is hearing from the customer how great their experience was with us. Be sure to stop in the EUC Foodcourt for an excellent meal. Go Spartans!!!! |
