All-Sustainable Catering Menu
Coming Fall 2010, Tiger Catering will be offering an All-Sustainable Menu. With the sustainability initiative in full force across campus, Tiger Catering will be partnering with vendors to purchase local produce and will be offering more bio-degradable serveware options (some bio-degradable serveware is available now!). Executive Chef's Cooking - Sushi Class
On March 25th let Tiger Dining's own Chef Chris, master creator of sushi on-campus, teach you how to prepare your own sushi in a few easy steps. This FREE sushi preparing class will be held at The Village at 6:00pm. This is one of our most popular classes, so be sure to check the website often and sign-up early in March!
