Welcome to the Student Catering Planner

We look forward to working with you and making your student event a success. This is an affordable no-frills option with some of our most popular student choices. To be sure everything runs smoothly for your event, we’ve listed the required steps below.

Please note the following:

  • This catering guide is for Bowling Green State University Sponsored Student Organizations, RA's and Hall Directors.
  • All items listed are priced for pickup only in any of the following locations: the Bowen Thompson Student Union, Founders, Kreischer, or McDonald dining centers.
  • Equipment must be returned to the pick-up location between 8 am - 5 pm the day following the event. A manager must check in the equipment to assure the refund of your $20 deposit.
  • Disposable service ware is included.

  2. Place your order with one of our Catering Sales Associates, who will create an event contract for you.
  3. The Sales Associate will give you a copy of the contract, along with a budget approval form.
    • Student Organizations receive a Registered Student Organization Request.
    • RA's receive a Budget Administrator form.
  4. Please complete the form and obtain the approval authorization.
    • RA's will need to take the Budget Administrator form to their Hall Director. (Note: budget approval is required 48 hours prior to the event)
    • Student Organizations will need to take the form to the Office of Campus Activities.
  5. The Sales Associates will need the Funding Approval Form returned to the Catering Office no later than 48 hours before the event.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have throughout the process. Thank you for your order.

Sincerely,
