Bryan graduated with both a BA & a BFA from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He also studied at Universidad de Los Andes, Bogota, Colombia. His work experience includes managing a $700K retail food outlet at UNL & being the General Manager at P.O. Pears in Lincoln. He also has taught Spanish for health care workers at Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Lyndon Hinton has been the Executive Chef w/ Chartwells since 2009. He graduated with an AA from Southeast Community College & a BA from Doane College. His previous employment has been with UNL Dinning Service, Windcrest Assisted Living, Scrumpy Jack's Restaurant & LH Consulting.
