Welcome To Chartwells at CSU Pueblo Dine On Campus Website!

On behalf of our entire team with Chartwells at CSU Pueblo, we would like to offer a warm welcome to our students, faculty, staff, and friends of the university. Chartwells offers a wide variety of campus dining options to meet all of your needs.
We are excited to present some exciting changes and new facilities on campus. Some of our new services will include a new dining location in the Student Recreation Center and concessions for the new ThunderBowl  Football Stadium...   Go Wolves! The Columbine Cafe has also gone through some changes. We have added some new stations, including a dedicated vegetarian and healthy dining station, and enhanced some of the old favorites to meet the needs of our residential dining students and guests. La Cantina, our retail dining area, will be opening a new pizza and pasta concept called Pazellis for Fall 2008. It will offer a wide variety of your favorite oven baked pizza and pasta dishes. This will compliment our Player's Grill, Sub-Generation, High Desert Burrito, Starbucks Coffee and Outtakes concepts.
