We Are Open for Business!  All new concepts and brands are now open in the E.E. Gibson Cafe. 
Coyote Jack’s Grill is a charbroiled burger, chicken and breakfast concept with a Southwestern Flair.  In addition Coyote Jacks offers Salads, Salsa mole and Caesar Wraps, Onion Rings, Fries and much more. Open for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


Mamma Leone’s Pizza offers traditional and contemporary Italian, featuring traditional pizza such as pepperoni, Italian sausage, and veggie, as well as unique salad pizzas such as the traditional Caesar and Chopped Antipasta Salad Pizzas.  Opens at 11:00 am daily. 


Wild Greens will provide sizzling salads such as Flank Steak Salad, Buffalo Chicken Sizzling Salad just to name a few. Hours of Operation:  Opens at 11:00 am daily


Chef’s Table will provide a variety of Hot Entrees, sides, and our famous culinary shows: Wednesday Stir-fry!!!! & Thursday’s Pasta Toss. Receive a Free Entrée from this station when you receive 10 punches using our Frequent Diner Card.  Opens at 11:00 am daily

      

Souper Salad Bar will feature an array of fresh salads and tasty Au Bon Pain Soups.

Sub Generation, and Outtakes grab-and-go are now well-established offerings.

The E.E. Gibson Café is located on the first floor of the SRC, at the bottom of the large staircase at the south entrance of the building.  Enter the servery to the left of the DuPage Credit Union ATM.
