We will be featuring an Earth Month related theme each week such as local produce, dairy, fair trade coffee, earth day desserts and hormone free RpM chicken
IRON CHEF COMPETITION
Are you the Iron Chef on Campus? Enter our competition on April 24th and put your culinary skills to the test! Participants will have 45 minutes to prepare a dish using secret ingredients and present them to a panel of judges. To enter, contact Dining Services or speak to the Food Service Director.
