Jeff Seevers

Sr. Director of Dining Services Jeff is a graduate of Southern Florida University where he received his BS in Business. He has worked at a restaurant in the Cleveland, Ohio area and as Outlet Manager at a ski resort in Western New York. Jeff joined the Edinboro Dining Team in 2003 and overs sees the retail campus locations including the two new food courts. |

Gregory Kay

Director of Resident Dining *Van Houten Marketplace Greg is native of Erie, PA and is a graduate of Indiana University of PA with a BS in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. Greg has been in the foodservice business since he graduated from college, and has been a member of the Edinboro Dining Services team since August, 2000. Greg oversees the daily operations of Van Houten Dining Hall, including Sandella's. |

Dave Stellato

Retail Manager Skipjack's Food Court at Rose Hall Dave is from the Cambridge Springs area. He is the newest addition to the Chartwells Team, having started in May 2006. Dave has a degree from the International Culinary Institute in Pittsburgh and a BA in Food Service Management from Indiana University of PA. Before joining Chartwells, Dave previously worked at Piccolo Mondo in Pittsburgh, The Pufferbelly Restaurant in Erie, and the Country Club in Meadville. |

Sandy Jacobs

Director of Retail Sandy joined Edinboro Dining Sevices in July, 2005. Prior to coming to Edinboro, she served as a manager with the Eurest Division of Compass Group, the parent company of Chartwells. She had been with Eurest, a business and industry food provider, for several years. Sandy oversees all of Edinboro's Retail Locations. |

Justin Stall

Production Manager *Van Houten Marketplace Justin is a graduate of Westmoreland County Community College, earning an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. He joined Chartwells as the Sous Chef in July, 2005. In March 2007, Justin was promoted to assistant retail manager at Skipjack's, the new food court in campus. Justin will serve as the manager of the new food court at the Frank G. Pogue Student Center when it opens this fall. |

Office Administrator *Van Houten Marketplace Tina has been with Edinboro Dining Services since 1995. She attended JH Thompson School in Erie, studying Business. Tina previously worked at Pepsi Bottling in Erie. Although Tina works behind the scenes, you can often hear her answering our telephones. |

Adam Bell

Catering Director 814-732-1500 Adam got his start at The Kahkwa Country Club in Erie, Pa, where through 7 Years of training he gained the experience and knowledge he needed to become a member of the Compass Group Management Team. He has been working for the Catering Department at Edinboro University since 2005 when he was hired as the Assistant Director and has held the position of Department Director for the past 15 months. Adam holds the reigns on a wide range of campus catering bookings, including: Student Mixers, Fraternity Fundraiser's, Presidential, Faculty and Staff- Special Events, Dignitary Visits, New Student Orientations and Conference Services. |
