FAU Dining Services offers a distinct dining program that includes residential dining, retail food venues including popular branded concepts, convenience stores and catering. FAU’s well balanced Dining Services Program was designed to create the ideal campus dining experience to meet the needs of our diverse university community. We believe that our venues are not simply places to eat but instead locations to foster community, to participate in events and activities and to create tradition.
Throughout the semester you can enjoy Owl Radio broadcasting from the Food Court, Theme Meals in our Center Marketplace, Battle of the Bands in Coyote Jack’s, and our favorite tradition yet – Late Night Breakfast. It is at this event that University Faculty, Staff and Administrators serve students breakfast at the Center Marketplace generally on reading day. It is our way of saying good luck to all our students and letting them know how much each and every one of them mean to us. This is a totally free event to all our students and recently saw record numbers as we served over 1200 students at our Spring 08 Late Night Breakfast.
FAU Dining Services is operated by Chartwells, a division of Compass Group and managed by FAU’s Business Services. Compass Group is the world’s largest food service company and we are very proud to say a leader in sustainability efforts.
We are always striving to improve our offerings and overall program so please feel free to send us your concerns, comments and suggestions. We welcome your input
