Catering Director 208-282-5463 Jason graduated from Kansas State University with degrees in Literature and History. He has 10 years of hospitality service, ranging from Pubs and coffee shops to upscale catering. Prior to joining the culinary team at Idaho State, Jason has been the catering director for such prestigious schools as Thunderbird: The Garvin School for International Management and Johnson & Wales University. When not working, Jason can be found hiking, biking, or wrestling with his dogs in the backyard. |

Executive Chef 208-282-3706 Chef Chris has nineteen years of experience in the food service industry. He has filled many Chef positions in Colorado and New York. Chef Chris won a national recipe competition that aired on the Food Network in May of 2005 as "America's Best Camp Chef 2005". Chris enjoys many activies besides creating culinary masterpieces; Chris enjoys private cooking instruction, kayaking and backpacking. |
