	Bernard Graham September 1 Pulse on Dining Marketplace, Nazareth Student Ce With the retirement of Larry Calpin, a 13 year veteran of our receiving department, Bernard has stepped up to fill his shoes. He has done a adimrable job to coordinate the transportation of the products to all locations, even with the addition of a new location and some changed hours. Bernard comes to work with a calm demeanor, even in the face of some stressfull situations.

He is Director of Dining Services at Marywood University. Tom has a wife and three daughters. His hobbies include motorcycles, camping, and bass fishing.
	Jon Barzensky  (barzensky@marywood.edu) Associate Director of Dining Services 348-6241 ext. 2438 1 Pulse on Dining Marketplace, Nazareth Student Ce Jon is a 1998 graduate of Keystone College and has worked for 10 years in campus dining services. Jon is the Associate Director of Dining Services at Marywood. He has a wife and two children and enjoys sports, cooking, and watching movies.
	Jeffrey Thomas  (jeffreythomas@marywood.edu) Executive Chef 348-6241 ext. 2409 1 Pulse on Dining Marketplace, Nazareth Student Ce Jeffrey joined the Chartwells team during the fall of 2007 and brings over 15 years of Culinary experience. Jeff has worked at Scranton Country Club, Philadelphia Country Club, Headquarters Plaza in Morristown, NJ, and Corporate Chef for Aramark in Business Dining.
	William Deininger  (deininger@marywood.edu) Catering Chef 348-6241 ext. 2141 1 Pulse on Dining Marketplace, Nazareth Student Ce Billy is Catering Chef at Chartwells at Marywood. He has over 25 years experience in food service. Billy enjoys playing golf and billiards.
	Carol Fauquier  (cfauquier@es.marywood.edu) Retail Manager 348-6241 ext. 2238 Carol is the Retail Manager for Chartwells at Marywood. Carol manages the Connection, Atrium Diner, First Stop, and Study Grounds. She has been with Chartwells at Marywood since December 2004 and has 30 years experience in food service.
	Michael Colangelo  (mcolangelo@marywood.edu) Dining Room Manager 348-6241 ext. 2244 Mike has been with Chartwells at Marywood since September of 2004. He currently manages the Nazareth Dining Room. Mike is a 2004 and 2007 graduate of Marywood University with an MS in Higher Ed. Administration.
	Dana Perraglia  (dperraglia@marywood.edu) Catering Manager 348-6241 ext. 2618 Dana is the Catering Manager at Chartwells at Marywood University. She has been with Chartwells since October of 2004. She is responsible for catering services at Marywood University.
	Molly Shook  (mshook@marywood.edu) Assistant Retail Manager 348-6241 ext. 2238 Molly is Assistant Retail Manager at Chartwells at Marywood. She has been at Marywood since the fall of 2005. She is our assistant retail manager at the Atrium Diner, the Connection, First Stop, and Study Grounds.
	Mary Jo Conserette  (conserette@marywood.edu) Administrative Assistant Mary Jo has a BS in Marketing from Bloomsburg University. She has been at Marywood since 1994. She is the Office Assistant for Chartwells at Marywood.
