The Blue is going Green!

When our patrons speak, we listen.  One of the hot issues from last semester was need for McNeese Dining to become better stewards of the resources we have.  This fall you will notice two big changes to that effect.  First, Rowdy's Dining in the Old Ranch is going trayless.  This is a significant departure from the past.  By going trayless, diners will save money, time, calories, water, natural gas, and chemicals in the waste water.  It's McNeese first step into a Greener World.  

Second, Papa Savoureux's will be opening in the former Jow Jing location in New Ranch.  Gone is the oriental themed meals and sushi and in it's place is fresh fried chicken, Poboy Sandwiches, great burgers and fries, and plate lunches.  Home cooked meals at a great price.  Savoureux is French for savory and flavorful.  Papa Savoureux's is unique to the McNeese State campus so it's menu will be southern eclectic and full of flavor.  After you give it a taste, let us know what you think.
