Tony started his career as a kitchen manager for the Old Spaghetti Factory, working at eleven different locations, and eventually becoming one of their General Managers. He came to Missouri State in 2001 as the manager of Blair-Shannon. He has been the director of operations for the past five years. When he's not on campus, Tony enjoys spending time in the great outdoors boating, hunting, and golfing; as well as reading and woodworking.

Tony has fourteen years experience as an accountant and controller for the construction industry, has a degree in accounting, and a degree in business. In his free time he enjoys coaching youth sports of all kinds.

Giorgio Cossich started his hospitality career in 1974 serving on a passenger liner as an Assistant Purser transporting immigrants from England to Australia, subsequently working in corporate levels in the cruise industry for 20 years, retirement homes and hotels for a total of 10 years; he recently joined Missouri State University coming from Hilton Hotels. Giorgio initiated his education in the United States and completed his MBA at Ashford University in London England.

Chef Vito has over 37 years of experience, working as head chef for world famous hotel brands. These include John Q. Hammons, Marriott, Embassy Suites, and Holiday Inn. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of American, and is an advisory board member of Ozark Technical College. In his free time, Chef Vito enjoys shooting, hunting, fishing, and gardening.

As a member of the National American Culinary Federation, Nicole has come a long way from bussing tables and rolling silverware. She started going to culinary school when she was seventeen. Shortly after she began culinary school she was asked to appear on Taste of the Ozarks on KY3. You can catch her segment every Thursday during their noon broadcast. Nicole has a vast range of culinary experience - she has fine tuned her culinary style through working at the Hickory Hills Country Club to a restaurant and catering business in Branson. Nicole joined the Missouri State family in 2008 She joined the Missouri State family in 2008. Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and daughter, Lily. One of the items on her bucket list is to visit every continent before she turns 50.

Julie has a long history in food service; starting from the age of 16 being a waitress, she worked her way up to Operations Manager at the Holiday Inn Hotel chain. She then decided to come to Missouri State where she worked with the catering department until she was promoted to the Resident Dining Manager at Garst. Julie is a proud member of the Southwest Center for Independent Living where she has received many honors over the years. She has quite the green thumb and if you are very lucky, you might overhear her singing blues music at one of Springfield's own music venues.

Teri has had the opportunity to work in the Higher Education environment since 1986. Her first experience on a College Campus was working as the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Family Housing in the Student Life Department. Teri also spent five years in the International Office on that campus and then the last few years as an Event Coordinator. During her time there she was attending classes and graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a BS in Hospitality Management.
In January of 2000 she had the opportunity to come to Missouri State University and was the Director of Catering on campus until 2011. She then left and was the Director of Catering and later the Director of Operations for Catering and Retail for the University of Denver for two years.

Tom began his retail career with Quiktrip in Iowa City while attending Univ of Iowa. He Graduated Univ of Iowa 1991 with a B.A Business and psychology. Tom has overall retail experience of 24 years with also being an area Marketing Manager for Walgreens for 8 years. Tom moved to Ozark in 2003, became Director of Operations for Cody's convenience stores and developed multi food service branding thru the chain.
He enjoys traveling and participating in all types of sports.

Shanna graduated with her associates in Buisness from NEO A&M College and then her bachelors in Marketing at Missouri Southern State University. She has 4 years of experience in the radio, advertising and sales industry.

Verna has twenty five plus years of experience working as an office manager, auditing employees and patient files, and having the responsibility of orientation and annual updates. She likes to spend her free time working in the yard, being with her family, and being a proud member of the women’s shrine.

Jeanne is an alumnus of the university and began working for the college dining office when she was a freshman on the campus. With over 26 years of experience in college dining, Jeanne has experience in Meal Plan Sales, Accounts Payable, and Human Resources. When Jeanne is not on campus she enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading a good book, cooking or hiking one of the local trails.

Jennifer grew up in the Ozarks and is an alumnus of Missouri State. She started her career as a part-time catering assistant on campus while attending school full time. She is now the Catering Manager for Missouri State Dining Services. In her spare time she enjoys baking, reading, and being outdoors

Tonya has 15 plus years of experience in the culinary field, working as an production manager at Incarnate Word University in San Antonio Texas, and serving as Assistant Director of Food Services in Springfield Public School District and was the owner of a small catering business. She has a passion for cooking, football, watching her daughter play basketball for the Northeast Oklahoma College and gardening. Tonya is enjoying her position as Executive Sous Chef for Chartwells.

He has experience being a chef at two different country clubs, Maharishi University of Enlightenment, and a small fusion restaurant named Regina's. In his free time, William enjoys hunting, cooking for friends, and riding dirt bikes.

Joshua Jones is a business student at Missouri State University and an active student leader. Josh formally served as the National Communication Coordinator of the Residence Hall Association and currently holds a position as an executive officer of Sigma Nu Fraternity. Josh has been with Missouri State Dining Services as intern for 9 months and looks forward to transitioning into management. Josh enjoys jogging in his free time and dreams of starting his own non-for-profit organization upon graduation.

Hope is a graduate of Drury University with two majors in Arts Administration and Theatre. She also studied at Regent's College in London during her study abroad. Hope has been a Supervisor running the original unit of Café Ala Carte which turned into Simply To Go. When Chartwells partnered with Missouri State Hope took over the satellite units of Outtakes and the Starbucks unit in Meyer Library. Currently she resides in the main office as the Cash Handling Specialist. I am a soccer enthusiast and worked for years as a Youth Director.
