 We now offer a Caribou Coffee Shop that includes the regular Caribou Coffee menu plus speciality sandwiches and salads, baked goods, soft drinks, chips, smoothies and candy. We will also continue to offer the display cooking that was so popular last year, however, we will be expanding on the concept by offering a wider variety of selections such as Sauteed Pastas, Stir Fry, Balanced Choices, Thai, etc.. We will also have pasta and a sauce every night for dinner on the main line. The Balanced Choice menu items provide you the opportunity to have well rounded, healthier meals. In addition, we will have monthly special dinners where we break from the routine and allow our talented culinary staff to really showcase their abilities by crafting artistic buffets and theme based meals. In the past we have done pool side barbeque, Hawaiian luau, holiday feasts, Mexican fiesta, international cuisines, as well as steak and prime rib dinners.
