Pioneer Food Court is the perfect student hang out in the the heart of the Oakland Center.  Pioneer Food Court offers a wide variety of concepts and national brands such as Subway, Chick-Fil-A, Famous Famiglia, Coyote Jacks Grill, Au Bon Pain Soups, Wild Greens, Rio Frontera Fresh Mex, Sushi, Out Takes gourmet salads and sandwiches, Double Treat Bakery, and Center of Refreshment featuring a wide selection of Pura Vida Fair Trade Coffee and Pepsi products. 

Cafe O'Bear's (Oakland Center)    

      Cafe O'Bear's is located just inside the main (west) entrance to the Oakland Center.  It features Caribou We Proudly Brew coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, cold drinks and smoothies.  These are accompanied by Bear Bagel breakfast and deli signature sandwiches that are freshly made to order.  Cafe O'Bear's also offers a variety of baked items, salads, organic yogurts, snacks, and much more!  Cafe O'Bear's offers a great atmosphere for meeting friends for a relaxing cappuccino, a bite to eat, studying, or using one of the available laptop computers to get online. 

Out Takes Cafe (Pawley Hall)

      Located in the heart of Pawley Hall on the 2nd floor, this popular location features Starbucks Coffee, fresh pastries and desserts, freshly prepared sandwiches and salads, Au Bon Pain Soups, and a variety of cold beverages and snacks to satisfy every craving.

Vandenberg Dining Hall (Vandenberg Resident Hall)

      This state-of-the-art dining facility offers an "all you can eat" dining experience at its finest for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late evening.  Choose from an eclectic variety of concepts such as Trattoria (Italian), Fresh Grille, Menutainment (showcase cooking), Market Carvery (traditional bistro comfort foods), Balanced Choices (dietician designed meals), Global Cuisines (vegetarian), Sandwich Central, Garden Emporium (salads), and Double Treat Bakery.  To help guide and educate our customers regarding "Balanced Choice" decisions, at the Balanced Choices station we clearly identify the recommended portion sizes as well as the nutritional value through our identified icon system such as Fit (low cholesterol, sodium and calories), Balanced (grains, fresh fruit/vegetables, lean protein), Carb Control, Vegetarian, and Vegan.  For more information on Balanced Choices, visit our company information page on Balanced Choices.
