Gene has been with OWU since 2002. He has been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, including owing his own restaurant.
He is married with 4 children, and lists songwriting as one of his passions. He also enjoys playing in a band and the occassional round of golf. His first book "Uncle Jack: Life Lessons From the Coach" is on sale at the OWU bookstore.

Steve has been with OWU since 1998, and is currently serving as President of the Chartwells Mid-Atlantic Culinary Network. Steve was the only chef from Chartwells college division to go to the 2002 Olympics and cook for the athletes.
He is married with two children, and he loves golf and is a sports buff.

I have been with OWU since 2003. I am a 1997 graduate of Hocking College with a Degree in Culinary Arts. I recently became certified as Chef de Cuisine through the American Culinary Federation. I am also a member of the Chartwells Mid-Atlantic Culinary Network.
I enjoy cooking at home, beekeeping, skiing & traveling.

Autumn is a 2001 graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts. When she has free time Autumn enjoys babysitting her 3 nephews, gardening, and relaxing in her new home. Autumn is an avid fan of 6 time Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers!!

Soon to graduate from Columbus State Culinary School, Dan, began his start here in 2007 as a line cook at the Smith Dining Hall. His patient temperament combined with his knowledge of the culinary world quickly advanced him to Catering Chef for all of OWU’s catered events. When he isn’t busy on nights or weekends, Dan relaxes with a good book or becomes invigorated playing Video games. He and his wife are avid concertgoers. When traveling to major cities, their favorite pastime is touring local zoos
