	Gene Castelli  (gene.castelli@compass-usa.com) Resident District Manager Gene has been with OWU since 2002. He has been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, including owing his own restaurant. He is married with 4 children, and lists songwriting as one of his passions. He also enjoys playing in a band and the occassional round of golf. His first book "Uncle Jack: Life Lessons From the Coach" is on sale at the OWU bookstore.
	Steve Ishmael  (steve.ishmael@compass-usa.com) Regional Executive Chef/DDS Hamilton-Williams Food Court Steve has been with OWU since 1998, and is currently serving as President of the Chartwells Mid-Atlantic Culinary Network. Steve was the only chef from Chartwells college division to go to the 2002 Olympics and cook for the athletes. He is married with two children, and he loves golf and is a sports buff.
	Deb Geiser  (dlgeiser@owu.edu) Executive Sous Chef Hamilton-Williams Food Court I have been with OWU since 2003. I am a 1997 graduate of Hocking College with a Degree in Culinary Arts. I recently became certified as Chef de Cuisine through the American Culinary Federation. I am also a member of the Chartwells Mid-Atlantic Culinary Network. I enjoy cooking at home, beekeeping, skiing & traveling.
	Paula Inscho  (plinscho@owu.edu) Office Manager Hamilton-Williams Food Court Paula has been with OWU since 1985. Paula runs the office and the adminstrative aspect of Dining Services and keeps the other Director's in line. Paula loves roller coasters and is an accomplished seamstress.
	Dan Magee  (djmagee@owu.edu) DDS/Smith, Thomson and Welch hall Smith Dining Hall Dan has been with Chartwells since 2006, he has over 16 years of experience in the foodservice industry. He enjoys playing hockey and golf in his spare time.
	Autumn Pauley  (Alpauley@owu.edu) Sous Chef Smith Dining Hall Autumn has been with Chartwells since 2002 starting as a line chef and working her way to her current sous chef position at Smith hall. Autumn is a 2001 graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts. When she has free time Autumn enjoys babysitting her 3 nephews, gardening, and relaxing in her new home. Autumn is an avid fan of 6 time Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers!!
	Pam Clemens  (plclemen@owu.edu) Assistant Director Hamilton-Williams Food Court Pam has been with Chartwells since August of 2006. Pam has over 15 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Pam lives in Dublin and is married with four boys and loves to travel in her spare time
	Jennifer Filippi  (jmfilipp@owu.edu) Payroll Admin Hamilton-Williams Food Court Jenn has been with Chartwells since September of 2006. Jenn lives in Marysville and has been married to her fun loving husband Jeff for 9 wonderful years with 2 children, Hunter and Amber.
	Missy Morrow  (mdmorrow@owu.edu) Catering Manager Hamilton-Williams Food Court Missy has been the caterinig mamager here at OWU since 2005. Missy resides in Ostrander and is married with 2 children.

	Daniel Sheppard  (dlgeiser@owu.edu) Catering Chef Hamilton-Williams Food Court Soon to graduate from Columbus State Culinary School, Dan, began his start here in 2007 as a line cook at the Smith Dining Hall. His patient temperament combined with his knowledge of the culinary world quickly advanced him to Catering Chef for all of OWU’s catered events. When he isn’t busy on nights or weekends, Dan relaxes with a good book or becomes invigorated playing Video games. He and his wife are avid concertgoers. When traveling to major cities, their favorite pastime is touring local zoos
