New year, new resolutions! We are lightening our customers’ plates with Happy New You, a menu promotion that offers flavor-packed, healthful menu components that, when combined, total 600 calories or less. Whole grains, fresh fruits, vegetables, spices and fresh herbs unite to create a meal that is low-fat, low sodium and packed with flavor. The Happy New You menus will be featured every Tuesday in the dining hall(s) in January. Now that’s the way to start off the New Year!

It’s the most beloved family tradition! Join us in the dining hall once a week on Wednesdays for dinner where we serve Fried Chicken, Collard Greens, Macaroni and Cheese and much more. Comfort food…just like Mom makes!

MARTIN LUTHER KING JR'S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!
America will always remember the work of Martin Luther King, Jr. This year on January 15, Thompson Hospitality will celebrate his birthday in our dining hall(s) by having students write their future aspirations on our “We Have A Dream” banner. The legacy of Dr. King lives in each of us and we are responsible to promote, teach and live the American Dream.
BALANCED U CELEBRATION! REDUCE STRESS AND FEEL GOOD!
Eating the right foods can help our bodies deal with stress and tension and actually help us feel happier. Foods that help reduce stress include darkly colored fruits and vegetables, cold water fish, lentils, legumes and beans, low fat dairy and even a little bit of coffee or other caffeine. During the month of January, we will highlight the foods that help the reduce stress and help us feel good.
