Food Service Director (704) 688-2823 Paul was born in Edinburgh, Scotland and received his degree in Colchester, England where he graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business Administration. Paul moved to Charlotte in 1999. Paul has almost 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry with quality time spent in high street retail, private country clubs and hotels. The last 10 years have solely been in college foodservice at Winthrop University and UNC Charlotte. "It is an honor to have the opportunity to be a part of the Queens community. Assistant Food Service Director (704) 688-2827 Raul was born and grew up in Venezuela. Raul is an Agronomic Engineer by profession but chef by passion with more than eight years of experience in food service industry. He is focused on reducing his carbon footprint, conservation and sustainability efforts. All are philosophies which are share with Chartwells. Raul is very proud to serve the Queens University of Charlotte community because it represents an opportunity to leverage his experience and work with great people. |

Executive Chef (704) 688-7211 Roberto has worked in many of the top kitchens across United States, Canada, South America and Central America. Locations include the Beverly Hills Hotel, Riviera Country Club, Sheraton Hotel, Lowes Santa Monica Beach Hotel, UNCC, Austin Peay State University and the Oscar Awards. His culinary skills show a deep respect for the ingredients, which means shopping the world for the highest quality ingredients and celebrating their natural form and essential flavors on the plate. Chef Mendoza he has cooked for famous personalities such as the Prince of Saudi Arabic, former President Clinton and many movie star. He was nominated chef 2006 NC, after winning three chef competitions. |

He has a diverse experience ranging from Private Country Clubs, to Four-Star Hotels and restaurants. With fourteen years of event planning experience, Brad has the ability to make your event special. He has planned more than 2,000 weddings and receptions and has enjoyed every one of them. |

Terri was an event planner for ten years and a Catering Director for two years at The City Club of Gastonia. “I love working at Queens University of Charlotte.” As soon as you step on campus you can feel the spirit of pride everyone shares who is part of the community.
