Mary Beth received her bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Concord University. She has been in the food service industry for 11 years.



RU Catering Menu

Full service catering is ideal for groups of 25 or more. Menu options are very flexible to accommodate various budget without compromising on personal attention. 

No Frills Menu

This menu guide is targeted for student groups. The menu offerings consist of pick-up style food items, boxed lunches, party platters and more. All items are pick-up only with disposable serving platters and utensils.

Per Diem Menu

Built to suit the University budget standards, this menu guide is permitted for use by those using state funding. From complete meals to a la carte options, minimum of 10 guests.

Wedding Menu
