At Chartwells, we believe in our motto that dining services is not necessarily about feeding students as much as it is nourishing students' bodies, minds and souls. It is this belief that has allowed us to adopt a cage-free shell egg policy, a sustainable seafood policy that avoid' purchasing species from the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch list and a policy to discontinuing all use of Trans fat oils.
We also have a number of social responsible initiatives that include agricultural sustainability, supporting local farms, and reducing the use of antibiotics in animal production. With these programs in place, Chartwells will help you make healthier lifestyle choices. We're committed to a promise.
