Welcome, parents.  We know that your student's college experience is very important to you.  We also understand that parents are innundated with information about their student.  We've simplified the process.  There are two things we can do, with your help, to improve your student's experience:

1. Your student can use Gator Dollars to do laundry, purchase snacks in vending, and purchase groceries, etc. from the Village Market.  Most students begin the fall semester with $ 100 in Gator Dollars.  They don't last very long.  If you would like to add money to your student's Gator Dollars account, simply go to https://onecardonline.sfsu.edu/webapps/sfsulogin/ and click on Guest Deposit. Make sure when adding money that you select Gator Dollars, not BayBucks.
2. If your student will be celebrating their birthday while away at school you can order them a birthday cake from Chartwells Dining Services.  We provide a cake and a card with a personal message from you.  If you'd like to order a birthday cake, please contact Edward Vicedo, Senior Director of Dining Services/ Director of Catering; Monday through Friday at (415) 338-2849 or at catering@sfsu.edu or click on the "Send Munchies" icon below.
