Director of Dining Services 717.477.1619 **Reisner Dining Hall Having been an executive chef, Nick brings over three decades of restaurant and college dining experience to Shippensburg University. Via first hand knowledge, Nick plans to introduce exciting regional cuisines such as: Miami/Cuban, Tex-Mex, Southern BBQ, Pennsylvania Dutch, New England Traditional, Mid Western German and Scandinavian. His passions are cooking, social awareness and interacting with students. Please stop by and visit with him at Reisner Hall to discuss culinary or any other topics. Nick has an open door policy; no appointment necessary. |

Director of Operations 717.477.1123 x3334 **Reisner Dining Hall John has been at Shippensburg University since 2000. He has spent the majority of his working life in the Hospitality industry. His background has taken him from fine dining in 5-star hotel properties to independent restaurants and finally to student dining at the university level. He is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park N.Y. Additionally, he holds a B.S. on Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Conrad Hilton School of the University of Houston. He enjoys working with students and is always available to listen to concerns or special needs that students may have. |

Director of Kriner Dining Hall 717.477.1694 *Kriner Dining Hall Mike is a 2004 graduate of Virginia Tech with a Business Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. He began working in the food service industry in 2000 and completed his undergraduate internship in 2003 on the Disney College Program. After graduation Mike was brought on by Chartwell’s as an Assistant Director at Towson University. After 3 years working in both the Glen and Newell Dining Halls. Mike joined the Shippensburg Team as the Director of Reisner Dining Hall, and is now the Director of Kriner Dining Hall. |
