Thank you for considering Shippensburg University Catering for your function. With a sincere and friendly staff, our goal is to make your event as pleasant to plan as it is to attend. Our services vary from elegant meals to  fun filled BBQ cookouts. We follow certain guidelines and procedures to ensure you will be totally satisfied with your function. The following information will help you with your special arrangements in planning your event with our Director of Catering.

The following is a quick description of each level of catering available to the Shippensburg community.

• Just the Basics - Intended to be used by student groups and administrative assistants.  With JTB, simply call in your order and you can pick it up when you want it.
• In Any Event - Our standard level of service, this level offers many of the traditional as well as some non traditional menu options.
• Signature - Intended for the premium catered event.  When you know of an upcoming Signature Catering event, simply contact our catering department and he will get back to you as soon as he can.

All food and beverage served on the campus of Shippensburg University must be purchased from,  prepared by, and served by our staff. Questions regarding this policy may be directed to our Catering Director at 717-477-1619.
