Chartwells responded:
The three a day limit on meals has been lifted from all plans!!!
The amount of Chartwells Dollars has been increased on all plans!!!
You can now use your meals to treat a guest or another student!!!
The meal plans have changed. Your choices are listed below:
Mather Traditional: $1850 per semester
19 meals per week in Mather dining hall only, plus $50.00 in Chartwells Dollars
*Mandatory - first year students are automatically assigned this plan.
Platinum Plan: $2500 per semester
21 meals per week that can be eaten in any of our 3 locations, plus $200.00 in Chartwells Dollars
Gold Plan: $2300 per semester
19 meals per week in any of our 3 dining locations plus $100.00 in Chartwells Dollars
Silver Plan: $2150 per semester
16 meals per week in any of our 3 dining locations plus $250.00 in Chartwells Dollars
Optional Meal Plans:
The Bronze and 50 Block are for seniors, commuters, students living in a cooking unit (Anadama, Clemens, Stowe, Wiggins, Doonesbury Rooms 200 & 300 Only) or a member of St. Anthony Hall, Alpha Delta Phi and Psi Upsilon.
Bronze Plan: $1605
12 meals per week in any of our 3 dining locations plus $150.00 in Chartwells Dollars
50 Block: $925
50 meals per semester in any of our 3 dining locations plus $500.00 in Chartwells Dollars
Returning students: Please take note of your new meal plan
If you were on the 14 Flex or 220 Block - your new plan will be the Silver Plan
If you were on the 19 Flex - your new plan will be the Gold Plan
If you were on the 21 Flex or 300 Block - your new plan will be Platinum Plan
If you were on 75 Block or 5 Flex - your new plan will be the 50 Block
If you were on the 150 Block or 10 Flex - your new plan will be the Bronze Plan
If you were on the 19 Traditional - your new plan will be the Mather Traditional
You will have until September 17, 2009 to change your meal plan this semester.
You can only change your meal plan once per semester, so please choose carefully.
Students can add, drop or change their meal plan at the Chartwells Office located on the 2nd Floor of Mather Hall
We will not accept meal plan changes by phone or handwritten notes on the bill.
The easiest way to change your meal plan is to send an email to Chartwells Dining Services at meal.plans@trincoll.edu
In your email please include your name, student ID#, class year and the new meal plan you want. You will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this email as your proof of change.
