Sam Holm

Director of Dining Services 931-372-3276 Sam has worked for Chartwells for 10 years. He has a B.S. degree in Hotel Restaurant Management and holds a certification in Professional Food Management. Before coming to TTU, Sam was the Resident District Manager at Minnesota State University at Mankato. Sam has three children. |

Teresa Hall

Director of Marketing/Dietitian Teresa has 25 years experience in food services as a registered dietitian and in food service management. She graduated from Tennessee Tech with a B.S. in Foods and Nutrition and also with a M.B.A. She received a M.S. degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in Food Systems Administration. Teresa has worked at TTU for 15 years. Before coming to TTU, she worked as a Clinical Research Dietitian at Vanderbilt Medical Center and the Dietary Director at Livingston Regional Hospital. Teresa joined Chartwells in 2003 and her responsibilities include the daily operations of Swoops, The Perch, Cool Beans Cafe and Outtakes. |

Executive Chef/Retail Manager RUC Marketplace Joe has worked for Chartwells Higher Education for six years and in Food Service for over 10 years. Joe's previous experience was in the Northeast where he is from. At TTU his responsibilities include overseeing all food production and menu writing for the entire campus. Joe's future goals are to make your dining experience here at TTU a great one! |

Residential Dining Director RUC Marketplace Walter served twenty years in the U.S. Navy as a Food Service Specialist and nine years as a Retail Director at Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Buck has worked at TTU since 2002 as a Food Service Manager. He looks forward to meeting and serving you in the coming year! |
