Food Trends for 2013:

                      Now days trends seem to come and go, then all of a sudden they are back again sometime with just a little twist and a new name and its the new thing on the block. trends dont have to be difficult to follow or hard to do they can be easy and simple and liked by many.  Here are a few trends to possibly hit off a new year for all of us .

•  Healthy cooking will be more prevalent.
• Asian influences in american comfort foods.
• Increased use of vegetables in all foods.
• Smaller portionsizes for the average eater.
• Popcorn will be "THE SNACK" of 2013.
• Comsumers more mobile now days so more snacking less full meals.
• Ethnic foods more affordable.
• Breakfast is coming back, more people say its most important to ensure a great start to your day.
• Fast casual going global
• Fresh homemade beverages versus carbonated beverages.
• New twist to fast food- mcdonalds goin with grilled onions on cheeseburger.

                                                                                           Monthly Safety Initiative:

Starting Monday February 11th Chartwells employees will be entered into our new safety Drawing based off there safety record. Associates who qualify for the drawing will have no single injury or accident for one whole month.

Qualified Applicant will be picked to recieve gift card/ certificate.
