Crown Commons Food Service Director Crown Commons- Student Union •How long have you been with Chartwells? I started with Chartwells in October, 2007. •How long have you been in the industry? I have been in the industry for 30 years. •How long have you been at UNCC? I have been at UNCC since October 2007. •Education: I have a BS in Business Administration from Mars Hill College, and AOS from The Culinary Institute of America. •Hobbies: Hobbies include golf, traveling, reading, laughing and completing my bucket list •What do you love about your job? Obviously you have to love people and have a sense that what you are doing is important to them. Plus you have to have a sense of humor, so I like to kid around with people and have fun. We are definitely surrounded with lots of people, so this is what I like. Plus the fact that Chartwells allows me to use a lot of creativity to try new and different things. |
