Chartwells Catering at the University of North Carolina Charlotte understands how important meals and refreshment breaks are to your programs. Our friendly, professional staff is always ready to assist you in planning food details for your special event. Our catering staff will assist you in choosing from a wide array of menu selections or to create a custom menu to make your event unique. Service includes everything from refreshment breaks and terrace barbecues to receptions and elegantly served dinners. Please plan and confirm food and beverage arrangements at least two weeks prior to the desired event date. Any event booked less than 3 business days (72 hours) in advance of the event will be subject to a $50.00 fee. All cancellations must be made 3 business days prior to the event date. If it is necessary to cancel, 50% of the latest guaranteed contract will become the responsibility of the guest. To view all Catering policies, please click here.
