Reminisce about the Cat in the Hat and the Grinch at Dr. Suess’s birthday bash on March 2 from 4:30-8:30 p.m. Dr. Seuss was born March 2, 1904, and published 46 children’s books, and the Heritage Center Dining Hall will serve up Poodles and Noodles, Yot in a Pot, Pink Ink Yink Drink, and more, in his honor.

Healthy Cooking Tips
Have you noticed the new “Eat. Learn. Live.” station by the grill? Periodically, we have cooking demonstrations and activities there. On March 28, visit at noon to learn from chef Matt Seare, who has cooked for Bill Gates and other celebrities, how to create unique and healthy snacks with the food you find in the Herigage Center Dining Hall every day.
