It is this belief that has allowed us to adopt a new policy discontinuing our reliance on trans fat oils, which have been discovered to be substantial contributors to long-term health concerns. We also have a number of programs in place that will help you make healthier lifestyle choices.

Chef Tyler Cotton has added an international flair to the daily selection at the Chef’s Table in the Comet Café. We are proud to offer week long specials featuring entrées from different regions around the world. Everyday, a new “Special of the Day” cuisine from that week’s themed country or region will be served. And if you don’t have a large appetite for the exotic, that’s no problem. The regular menu and all your favorite dishes will still be available to everyday.
Themed weeks planned for November are as followed:
Southwestern- Monday, Nov. 9th – Friday, Nov. 13th
Indian- Monday, Nov. 16th - Friday, Nov. 20th
Mediterranean - Monday, Nov. 23rd – Wednesday, Nov. 25
