 UTD Dining Hall 

The UTD Dining Hall is open 7 days a week and is our one-stop-shop for your food needs! This all-you-care-to-eat location has multiple stations serving a variety of tasty foods from  homestyle favorite to tangy international flavors (click for the layout of our stations)! Additionally, a description of the Dining Hall stations is below:

  

The Kitchen & Fresh Grill – serving grilled-to-order hamburgers, steaks, chicken/pork, vegetables, seafood, fries and a huge variety of ethnic foods. The highlight is the stir-fry station – don’t miss it!

Fresh Market – serves fresh salads, breads, meats, pasta salads and soups

Baker’s Crust – serves fresh baked breads, specialty sandwiches, and pastries – also home of regional cuisine, which serves delicious Asian, Indian, Mexican and other international foods

Terra Ve – A vegetarian and vegan’s delight, serving meatless eating and healthy options

Trattoria – Serves fresh pizza cooked in our own brick-oven, right in front of you! This section also serves Stromboli, calzones and pasta

My Pantry – will offer a cook-you-own waffle griddle, cereals, smoothies and desserts

 

 

The Dining Hall’s Monday-Friday service is 7am-9pm and have light service during low traffic periods to set-up for the next meal rush. The schedule below is typically followed:

 

 Retail Locations

In addition to the Dining Hall, UT Dallas has national and custom retail brands to fit your quick-service food needs.

 

The Comet Cafe               

Located on the second floor of the Student Union, the Comet Café is the place to go for quick-service selections. Get a made-to-order sandwich from Subway or your favorite nuggets from Chick-fil-A. In a hurry? Grab a salad, wrap or parfait from out Outtakes Grab n’ Go area located beside the Comet Café.

 

The Pub   

The Pub at UTD is the place to be! Enjoy great food and a fun atmosphere in this sit-down restaurant. The Pub also regularly hosts open mic nights and student  organizations in the evening. Stop by, grab a bite and enjoy your night (or day)!

Bookstore Coffee Shop, Coffee Corner, Novel Brew         

Need your morning coffee or a sandwich for lunch? Our coffee shops have you covered! Choose from Coffee Corner located in the JSOM, Bookstore Coffee Shop in the Visitor’s Center or Novel Brew in the lower level of McDermott Library.

 

Food Truck   

Get your favorite finger foods to-go from the UTD Food Truck! Located primarily in Lot K, the Food Truck is conveniently located for you to get lunch on the go any weekday!
