Project: Clean Plate
Project: Clean Plate will be implemented at Esker Dining Hall the week of Jan. 30, 2012. Esker will keep track of the food waste amount each week. The goal will be to reduce the waste amount from week to week. Results will be tracked and posted on our Facebook and Twitter pages!

Residence hall buildings and others on the UW-Whitewater campus will be competiting against 518 school nationwide to: Collect the largest amount of recyclables, the least amount of trash and have the highest recycling rate!
