Our Executive Chef takes pride in preparing delicious foods using the finest and freshest ingredients. We can drop off gourmet box lunches for a few or provide a highly trained and professional wait staff to pass hor d’oeuvres to hundreds of people. We recognize that you may wish to create a unique, cozy event or a memorable complex event - Our catering department is able to create and coordinate a multitude of special services to produce your unforgettable affair.

Check out our new "No Frills" package. This package was created for the budget conscious student groups and individuals to pick up there order without delivery fees.

To plan the specifics of your event, contact the University Catering Office at (785) 670-2221 or drop us an e-mail at catering@washburn.edu.  You can also stop by our office in the Scheduling Office in the Memorial Union.  You will be asked to provide the following information:  group name, department, date, time, and location of the event, and approximate number of guests. It is our desire that your experience with University Catering Services will be nothing short of your expectations.
