Xavier Dining recognizes that Faculty and Staff are a vital part of our campus community. The Hoff Dining Commons was designed with you in mind. From more menu options to soft seating in built-in booths, you will find a comfortable dining experience awaits. As a member of the Xavier community, you are entitled to the same great dining program as Xavier students.

A block of 20 meals that can be used in the Hoff Dining Commons. Block meal plan holders can use their meals for themselves or their guests; a great way to treat a friend to lunch! Unused meals on Faculty and Staff Meal Plans carry over from fall to spring semester, but expire at the end of exam week in May.

If you weren’t able to use 30 meals last academic year, try this smaller option. With $60 Dining Dollars included, this option is fantastic if you have a favorite retail dining venue on campus.
 
 
How does the “Three Easy Payments” option work?
We are happy to offer Faculty and Staff the option of dividing their purchase over three easy payments. Visit Robin in the Xavier Dining office at Fenwick Place to purchase your meal plan. We will charge your credit card your first payment that day and then every 30 days we will charge another third until you’ve paid for your complete plan. We cannot offer this option online, so please visit us in person to learn more or purchase your plan.
 
What are Dining Dollars and how do they work?
Dining Dollars are similar to a debit account. Each time you make a purchase at a retail dining location with your ALL Card using Dining Dollars, the amount is automatically deducted from your account. Unused Dining Dollars will carry over from the fall to the spring semester. Any Dining Dollars that remain at the end of spring semester are nonrefundable. Dining Dollars can be used only at campus dining locations to make a la carte food purchases.

Terms & Conditions of your Faculty & Staff Meal Plan
1.  The meal plan you have selected is in effect from 7:30am, January 13, 2014 until 8:00pm, May 9, 2014 or until you have used all block meals purchased prior to the end date and time.
2.  Refunds can be provided for any unused meals and dining dollars within this program based upon a documented case of hardship through the Xavier Human Resources Department or an employee’s termination of employment.
3.  Unused block meals and dining dollars will carry over from fall semester to the spring semester but fully expire 8:00pm, Friday, May 9, 2014.
